Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Terra Santa Brasileira holds about you, at any time, free of charge.

How to request

1. Send an e-mail to the address below with the subject "Data deletion", or reach us on WhatsApp.
2. Provide the name and phone/e-mail you used when contacting us, so we can locate your record.
3. We will confirm deletion within 15 days. Data we are legally required to keep (e.g., tax records) is deleted only at the end of the legal period; during that time it is blocked from any other use.
